Smooth and Synchronized Operation:
The label head is powered by a stepping motor (or servo motor, depending on configuration). Labeling speed is digitally synchronized with the wrap conveyor and product conveyor, ensuring smooth and accurate label placement. An adjustable-speed conveyor allows the machine to seamlessly integrate into your existing production line.
Flexible and User-Friendly:
An optional clear label gap sensor for transparent labels. Intuitive adjustments and settings can be easily saved and recalled via the menu recipe system. Suitable for a variety of bottle sizes and production environments
