With customizable programming and manual override options, they offer fine digital control, making them ideal for complex applications and high-volume environments that demand flexibility without compromising accuracy.
LabelOn™ Basic 500 Round
Single Wrap Labeler
Our LabelOn™ Basic 500 Wrap Labeling machines operate by synchronizing a vertically mounted wrap belt to a fixed speed ratio relative to the main conveyor.
As a round product reaches the labeling point, a label is peeled from the roll and ejected at a speed precisely matched to the wrap belt.
The product then enters between the wrap belt and a fixed backing plate.
The wrap belt’s speed is calculated using geometric principles to ensure that, even as the product begins to spin, its base continues moving through the machine at a constant speed.
This coordination ensures smooth product flow and accurate, consistent label application.
The label head is powered by a stepping motor (or servo motor, depending on configuration). An adjustable-speed conveyor allows the machine to seamlessly integrate into your existing production line.
Our Bottle Capture Device holds the product just a fraction of an inch from the label peel point, ensuring precise label placement. The product is secured between two vertical idler rollers and a driven rubber roller, which spins in sync with the label feed. This creates three tangential contact points that stabilize the product, virtually eliminating tilt during rotation and labeling.
Thanks to this stability and accuracy, the Bottle Capture Device is our recommended solution for over 95% of wrap-around labeling applications.
The label head is powered by a stepping motor (or servo motor, depending on configuration). An adjustable-speed conveyor allows the machine to seamlessly integrate into your existing production line.
LabelOn™ Basic 500 – BCD
Full Wrap/Front-Back/Orientation
LabelOn™ Basic 500 – Vacuum Wrap | Full Wrap/Front-Back
Our Vacuum Wrap system is optimized for challenging labeling scenarios, particularly where standard wrap belts struggle. It offers advanced control and accuracy with capabilities to fully dispense labels onto a vacuum belt before the labels contacts the product, allowing for smoother application and more precise label positioning.
Most of the time, this system is chosen for long wrap-around labels that cover more than 85% of a product’s circumference. .
Often the Vacuum Wrap is used for moderately tapered round containers. Because the label is fully dispensed and laid flat on the vacuum belt before application, it can be pre-shaped during printing to compensate for the container’s taper.
Additionally, the Vacuum Wrap is used for front-and-back labeling from a single label roll. The vacuum belt transports labels at a higher speed than the product conveyor, allowing a second label to “catch up” and apply accurately to the back of the spinning product.
The label head is powered by a stepping motor (or servo motor, depending on configuration). Labeling speed is digitally synchronized with both the vacuum wrap belt and product conveyor. An adjustable-speed conveyor allows the machine to seamlessly integrate into your existing production line.
