If you are looking to apply 10,000+ labels per week or more, consider the LabelOn™ Modular Labeling Machine Range.
Built to Scale: Labeling Solutions for High-Demand Production
The LabelOn™ Modular Labeling Machines are engineered for high-performance environments where adaptability, uptime, and precision are non-negotiable. Built for operations labeling tens of thousands of units weekly, these systems feature a modular design that allows for fast configuration changes, seamless upgrades, and minimal downtime. With fully synchronized components, intelligent label placement controls, and intuitive touch-screen interfaces, the Modular Range handles complex labeling tasks with ease. Whether you’re scaling production or introducing new product lines, these machines deliver world-class accuracy and flexibility, empowering manufacturers to meet growing demands while maintaining consistent, professional results.
LabelOn™ Modular Applications
The LabelOn™ Modular system offers flexible configurations for applying one or more self-adhesive labels to a wide variety of container shapes. Trusted across industries—including food processing, cosmetics, industrial and household chemicals, healthcare, supplements, and pharmaceuticals—these machines are built for versatility and precision.
With customizable setups, the LabelOn™ Modular can handle:
Front and back labeling on round, oval, and flat-sided containers
Full wrap and orientation wrap labeling on cylindrical products
Labeling of tapered containers
Application of extra promotional or spot labels from the top or side
LabelOn™Modular Oval Bottle Labeling with Aligning Chains
This machine can label flat-sided, oval-sided, and round bottles with one or two labels, including promotional labels applied from the top or side. The video demonstrates oval bottle labeling accuracy by running bottles through the machine twice, showing consistent placement despite bottle variations. It features aligning chains with four contact points that securely hold oval bottles (45–80mm wide), which cannot be reliably aligned with rails alone. This system works efficiently at conveyor speeds up to 15 meters per minute, achieving up to 90 bottles per minute with ±1.5mm accuracy. Occasionally, smaller bottles near 45mm width reach speeds of 150 bottles per minute.
The LabelOn™ Modular labeling machine uses either 5-phase stepping motors or servo motors, depending on speed requirements. Its core accuracy offers reassurance to operators, who can easily distinguish between machine-induced and product-related variations. An added advantage is the adjustable wipers/brushes, which allow control over both position and tension. This flexibility ensures more precise labeling, as performance isn’t limited by brush properties alone, providing greater control and consistency in the labeling process across varying product types.

LabelOn™ Modular Labeling Machine: Empty Fruit Juice Bottles -Flat Sided Labeling and Round Labeling
This LabelOn™ Modular unit is one of three supplied to a client, equipped for versatile labeling tasks. It includes synchronized modules for neck, shoulder, side, and wrap labeling on flat-sided and round bottles, plus a height-adjustable overhead conveyor. The system handles light, empty bottles with precision. Optional modules—like the Vacuum Wrap Conveyor, Extra Label System, and Oval Bottle Aligner—enhance capabilities, supporting promotions, orientation labeling, and complex applications like full wraps and tapered products.
LabelOn™ Round Bottle Labeling Vacuum Wrap – Full Release of Labels
This video shows how labels can be fully dispensed from the roll before contacting the product, improving leading and trailing edge alignment. For wraps up to 85%, the LabelOn™ Modular and Basic Range use a Standard Wrap Conveyor with a backing plate. For up to 95% wraps, a Vacuum Wrap Conveyor is recommended, and for 100% or longer wraps (like promotional labels), a Standard Wrap Conveyor with a Bottle Capture Device (BCD) is ideal. Vacuum Wrap Conveyors excel for tapered containers by fully releasing the label before wrapping, preventing tracking issues. They also enable front-and-back labeling of round products like wine bottles.
The Standard Wrap Module on the LabelOn™ Modular machine supports labeling up to 85% wrap. For labels exceeding this, options include the Vacuum Wrap Module (up to 95%) and the Bottle Capture Device (up to 100%). This video demonstrates the labeling of slightly tapered tubs. Key LabelOn™ Modular features prevent frustrating setup issues by offering dual-axis label head tilt controls, synchronized label and conveyor speeds, precise dispensing timing, programmable label stop positions, and digital adjustment of label ratio. For round bottles with greater taper, the Vacuum Wrap Module provides an easy, effective solution via a simple module swap.

LabelOn™ Modular Labeling Accuracy Demonstration
This video demonstrates labeling a machined block, showcasing the machine’s core accuracy independent of product variation. The LabelOn™ Modular labeling machine employs either 5 Phase Stepping Motors or Servo Motors, depending on speed needs. Its exceptional precision reassures operators, allowing them to easily identify whether any variation arises from the machine itself or from the product and handling process.
