Our Wrap Labeling machines operate by synchronizing a vertically mounted wrap belt to a fixed speed ratio relative to the main conveyor. As a round product reaches the labeling point, a label is peeled from the roll and ejected at a speed precisely matched to the wrap belt. The product then enters between the wrap belt and a fixed backing plate. The wrap belt’s speed is calculated using geometric principles to ensure that, even as the product begins to spin, its base continues moving through the machine at a constant speed. This coordination ensures smooth product flow and accurate, consistent label application.

The label head is powered by a stepping motor (or servo motor, depending on configuration). An adjustable-speed conveyor allows the machine to seamlessly integrate into your existing production line.
